Miles G. Carlisle, Washington D. C./Martha’s Vineyard, Mass.

A specialist in international finance, trade, and investment with over 30 years of experience, primarily with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector affiliate of the World Bank in Washington, D.C., Mr. Carlisle played a major role in the start-up and development of IFC’s highly successful co-financing program and raised substantial financial resources for Asian, Latin American, and African projects. After retiring from IFC, Mr. Carlisle establish his own consulting firm, Carlisle International. He has a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
